Close to the station and underground walkway. Awesome location to enjoy Sapporo and Otaru.

Huge public baths, both male and female. One of the baths is in an outdoor area, which was a real treat because the air was so fresh and cold.

Absolutely amazing hotel in Sapporo

Every thing is perfect . We have a great rest and will be back again next year

The room even though not available for 4 people . I believe can add one more bed to accomodate to 4 people. I hope in the future can add one more extra bed . Thank you

Hotel is quite new. Breakfast is great with d.i.y. seafood bowl made from fresh shrimp, salmon, scallop, squid, fish roe. Room is clean. Bed is comfy. Location is near Sapporo JR St. From the JR station, follow the sign to Namboku line subway and take the escalator down to underground town. Keep walking until you see Delifrance/McDonald on your right. Next to it, is a glass door to Noasis 3.4, go inside and when you find Ootoya, take the escalator up at the front of Ootoya. From there, go out the building via the hall way. You are now on street level. Turn left, walk towards the intersection, you will be able to see the Solaria hotel from there. During cold weather and snowy slippery road, you will appreciate this underground town/walkway as it keeps you warm and easier with your luggages. The hotel provide pyjamas to be used at their public bath, but you can use it for sleeping too. The hotel also have washing machine with dryer using 100yen coins (600 yen for 3kg), you can use the fending machine if you dont have enough coins. They both located at B1.

The dryer in the washing machine sometimes couldnt completely dry the thick cloth, so you may need to dry it more.

Good stay in Sapporo!

Location was excellent - 10 mins walk from Sapporo station - towards west gate and south exit - accessible for luaggage movement. Breakfast was a comprehensive and delicious Japanese and International selections - we enjoyed fresh seafood like scallops etc and freshly made french toast. Hot bath and coin operated washers/dryers - good additions

The mattress was a bit lumpy.

It was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Even though I didn't prepaid, we were able to get in and pay at the site. We also like that the hotel has a fairly large public bath. Location of the hotel was great as it is near Sapporo Station.

My slippers were being taken twice (I only stayed for 2 nights so I only visited the public bath for two times). Both times when I got out my slippers were gone. Also the laundry machine was not enough.

Comfortable and modern hotel near Sapporo JR Station

The room and bathroom are both clean and comfortable, and rather spacious for a Japanese room. Best of all it's a short walk to the JR station! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process is really smooth for English speakers. The hotel interior is really modern and pretty too.

A well-located, cozy hotel with thoughtful touches and warm hospitality, perfect for a comfortable stay in Sapporo.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the JR train station and conveniently close to shopping malls and eateries, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary toiletries available at the lobby, a nice added convenience. Although the room was a little compact, it was well-designed and cozy. We especially liked the little corner in the room where we could enjoy some snacks and relax after a day out. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Cosy accomodation at reasonable pricing.

Location is near to restaurants. Cosy room despite being a little old.

Limited parking lots. Needed to park at car park nearby with overnight charges. The room was rather small.

Wonderful

Clean, minimalist design but comfortable and efficient. Onsen was good and location was excellent for shopping and dining. Was snowing a lot but the hotelnwasna quick dash across the road and into the underground walkway. We could walk to Daimaru, JR train station to airport, to Susukino for dining and Mitsukoshi all underground.

Location is not the best, about a 10-15’ walk from where the action is. Rooms are large but lack factilities to store clothes. Good wifiis a plus. Good breakfast.
